QLD: Baywatch to be filmed at Gold Coast

While residents of the Sydney suburb of Avalon are bidding GOOD RIDDANCE to the producers
of Baywatch, Queensland is gloating over its success in winning over the world's most watched
television series.

The series will be filmed on the sun, sand and surf of the Gold Coast and shown in 144
countries around the globe.
